< Chapter 1. General Rules>


Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of this agreement is to prescribe the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the company and its members in relation to the use of information services (hereinafter referred to as "services") provided by GEF (hereinafter referred to as "company") through its website (http://www.newgef.co.kr ).



Article 2 (Effective and Change of Terms and Conditions)

(1) The contents of these terms and conditions and changes will take effect by posting them on the company's website's online document or otherwise disclosing them to users.

(2) The company may change the terms and conditions when there is a change in policy or important operational reasons, and the changed terms and conditions take effect in the same way as in paragraph 1.

(3) If the contents of the terms and conditions are changed, deleted, or added, the company will notify the user without delay through the notice of the service.



Article 3 (Regulations outside the terms and conditions)

Matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be subject to the provisions of the relevant statutes and guidelines for the use of the service.



Article 4 (Definition of Terms)

The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows.

(1) Service: An online information service provided by the company, including both free and paid services.

(2) User: An individual with real name and a corporation or an organization equivalent to a corporation who has signed a service use contract with the company.

(3) Member ID: A combination of English letters and numbers selected by members and granted by the company for user identification and service use.

(4) Password: A combination of English characters and numbers selected by the user to check whether the member ID and the user match when using the service and to protect the user's confidentiality.



(5) Charge Payment Officer: In principle, the user is the person who is obligated to pay all debts under the terms and conditions, such as service charges borne by the company. However, if the company recognizes it, another person may be the person in charge of payment of the fee, and in this case, it shall be jointly responsible for the payment of the fee.

(6) Termination: refers to the expression of intention by the company or user to terminate the service use contract after the service is opened.







< Chapter 2. Membership and Use of Services>



Article 5 (Establishment and Unit of Use Contract)

(1) The contract of use is established when the company approves the application for use by the person who wishes to use the service.

(2) The usage contract is concluded in units of membership ID.

(3) If the use of services is special, it is provided under a separate use contract, and if the company's policy requires group membership, it is provided under a basic group membership contract.

(4) If a user signs up for membership through the company's website, the information can be shared on the company's site and used for service purposes.



Article 6 (Application for Use)

(1) Those who wish to use the service can submit their personal information on the company's prescribed form of application or apply through other service application channels.

(2) Those who wish to use the service must apply under their real name, and the company must process the subscription with the consent of the user.

(3) The company cannot receive a fee if it provides the service without the consent of the user.



Article 7 (Approval of Application for Use)

(1) In principle, the company accepts the application for use of the service in accordance with the order of receipt, if there is no obstacle to the performance or technology of the service pursuant to Article 6.

(2) When the company approves the application, it shall notify the user of the following matters through the service, telephone, etc.

① Member ID

② Service start date

③ Matters concerning service charges, etc

④ Matters concerning the protection of rights, responsibilities, and other rights of users

⑤ Other matters deemed necessary by the company



Article 8 (Disapproval of application for use and restriction of acceptance)

(1) If the company is aware of the following matters, the application for use of the service shall not be accepted.

① an application in the name of another person

② When the details of the application form are falsely entered

③ Where the customer who applies for use has not paid the charges, etc. to be paid to the company

④ Where a person is registered as a credit delinquent for online services such as online PC communication, Internet services, etc. under the Credit Information Use and Protection Act

⑤ When an application is filed for the purpose of hindering the order of well-being or good manners of society

⑥ Where it is difficult to approve the use due to other reasons attributable to the applicant

(2) In any of the following cases, the company may limit its approval to the application for use, and may not accept until this reason is resolved.

① If there is no room for equipment

② In case of technical difficulties

(3) Where an application for use is rejected or the approval is restricted pursuant to paragraph (1) or (2), the company shall notify the applicant or his/her agent thereof: Provided, That the applicant for use is liable for reasons such as intentional or negligent
This is not the case if notification is not possible.



Article 9 (Member ID cannot be changed)

Even if the user requests a change to the member ID, the registered member ID cannot be changed.







Article 11 (Time of Service Use)

(1) In principle, the use of the service shall be 24 hours a day, 24 hours a day, 24 hours a year, unless there is a special obstacle to the company's business or technology. However, the company may set the available time for each database, and in this case, the details are determined by the company and posted on the service or disclosed separately.

(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (1), the use of the service may be exceptionally restricted on the date or time set by the company due to the need for regular inspections, etc.




< Chapter 4. Obligations of Contracting Parties>



Article 12 (Company's Duties)

(1) The company is obligated to provide services continuously and stably pursuant to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, except for the reasons set forth in Articles 11 and 16 (1).

(2) The company shall maintain and repair service provision facilities at all times in operational condition, and shall repair and restore them without delay when the facilities are damaged or destroyed.

(3) The company may not divulge or distribute the user's personal information acquired in connection with the provision of the service to others (other than the company) without prior consent of the company, and may not use it for purposes other than the company's service-related work.

However, this shall not apply in cases falling under any of the following subparagraphs.

① Where it is requested by the relevant agency for investigative purposes under the relevant statutes

② Upon request from the Information and Communication Ethics Committee

③ Where the company intends to provide a credit information business operator or a credit information centralized institution for arrears of usage fees, etc. during the period determined by the company

(4) The company shall immediately deal with any opinions or complaints raised by the user if it is deemed justifiable: Provided, That where it is difficult to deal with it immediately, the reasons and processing schedule to the user shall be provided by service or telephone,
It must be notified in writing, etc.

(5) The company strives to provide users with convenience in the user's contract-related procedures and contents, such as the conclusion of the contract, change and termination of the contract.



Article 13 (Obligation of User)

(1) In return for the use of the service, the user shall pay the fees, etc. prescribed in these terms and conditions by the designated date.

(2) The user shall comply with these terms and conditions and related laws and shall not engage in any other act that interferes with the performance of the company's business.

(3) Users shall immediately notify the company of any changes in the application for use, such as address and contact information, through service or telephone.

(4) Users shall not copy, reproduce, modify, translate, or provide information obtained by using the service to others without the consent of the company.

(5) Users are not allowed to engage in business activities using the service except as agreed by the company.

(6) A user shall not engage in any of the following acts, and in such cases, the company may delete a post or restrict the use of all or part of the service.

(7) The user shall comply with these terms and conditions and related laws and shall not engage in any other act that interferes with the performance of the company's business.

① an act of committing a criminal act or teaching a criminal act

② an act aimed at carrying out an anti-national act

③ acts that harm good manners and other social order

④ an act of damaging or disadvantaging another person's reputation

⑤ The dissemination of hacking and computer virus programs that cause malfunction of information and communication facilities or destruction of information, etc

⑥ An act that infringes on the intellectual property rights of other users or third parties

⑦ Any act contrary to the intention of the receiver or against the transmission and reception of a large amount of data, registration of posts, and other sound use of services that constantly transmits advertising information or interferes with the stable operation of the service



Article 14 (Liability for Service Use)

(1) Users use the service under their own responsibility, and even if there is a disadvantage due to the selection of service materials or the use of the service, the user is responsible for this.

(2) The user is responsible for the contents of the data posted or transmitted by the user using the service.

(3) The user is responsible for negligence caused by negligence in the management and use of the member ID and password notified to the user or for illegal use by a third party: Provided, That where there is gross negligence in the management of the company

Article 15 (Prohibition of Transfer, etc.)

The user may not lend, transfer, or gift the right to use the service to another person, nor may he use it for the purpose of pledge.




< Chapter 5. Restriction of Service Use. Suspension>



Article 16 (Restriction and suspension of services)
(1) All or part of the service may be restricted or suspended if there are exhibitions, incidents, natural disasters, or similar national emergencies, and other unavoidable reasons, such as the suspension of telecommunications services by the Telecommunications Business Act.

(2) When the company restricts or suspends all or part of the service pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1), it shall notify the user without delay.



Article 17 (Restriction on Service Use and Processing Procedures)

(1) The Company may restrict the use of all or part of the Services in any of the following cases.

① Failure to fulfill the user's obligations prescribed in Article 13

② Where an application is made by using the name of another person or an alias, and approval for the use of the service is obtained by falsely stating the contents of the application

③ In the case of fraudulent use of another person's member ID

④ In violation of laws and regulations related to telecommunications, etc

⑤ Where the Information and Communications Ethics Committee recommends certain sanctions in accordance with ethical deliberations



Article 18 (Restriction on users' posts)

The company may delete the contents of the service posted or registered by the user without prior notice if it is determined that the contents within the service fall under any of the following.

(1) In the case of defaming the company, other users, or a third party, or damaging their reputation by slander

(2) In the case of violating public order and the promise of the breeze

(3) Where the content is deemed to be linked to a criminal act

(4) In the case of infringement of other rights, such as the copyright of the company or a third party

(5) In violation of other relevant laws or regulations prescribed by the company


< Chapter 6. Company's Disclaimer>



Article 19 (Company's Disclaimer)

(1) The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantages arising from the user's failure to obtain the expected benefits from the Company's service provision or the selection or use of service materials.

(2) The company is not responsible for any obstacles to the use of the service due to reasons attributable to users.

(3) The company is not responsible for the contents of the data registered or transmitted by the user.



< Chapter 7. Provision of Information>



Article 20 (Provision of Information)

The company may provide users with various information deemed necessary while using the service by e-mail or correspondence mail.

Article 21 (Change and addition of service contents)

If deemed necessary, the company may add, change, or delete the service details, and if any additional matters to be notified to the user occur, the company will notify them.



Article 22 (Intellectual Property Rights)

(1) The rights and responsibilities of the materials posted by the members on the service are the rights and responsibilities of the members, and the company cannot use them for profit without the consent of the members. However, for non-profit purposes, it can be posted within the service.

(2) You may not modify, lend, lend, distribute, produce, transfer, re-license, establish security rights, commercial use of all or part of the materials, services, software, trademarks, etc. in which the Company has intellectual property rights without the written consent of the Company.



< Chapter 8. Privacy Policy>


Article 23 Privacy Policy

(1) The protection policy for the user's information collected to provide the service is implemented in accordance with the 'Personal Information Handling Policy' notified on the Internet site provided by the company.

(2) If a user requests a membership withdrawal, it will be completely deleted as announced in the "Personal Information Protection Policy", but if the user uses the paid information, the relevant paid service-related information will be used to settle the paid service
You may have it. Even in this case, information related to paid services will also be completely deleted when the service settlement is over.



< Chapter 9. Jurisdiction Court>


Article 24 (Court with Jurisdiction)

In the event of a dispute regarding the service, the court having jurisdiction over the company's headquarters shall be the competent court.
